The Institute publishes the magazine (Academica) containing articles on various subjects (Computer & Electronic projects) by the students. It provides an academic exercise to the promising writers among students and also helps projects the news and views about the Institute affairs.
The magazine is prepared annually under the supervisions of an Editorial Board consisting of senior staff members and student editors.

Editorial Director (ED)
The ED oversees all Crossroads activities with the help of the Editorial Board, who report to the Editorial Director. He making article selection decisions based on the reviews and votes of the Editorial Board and other reviewers. The Editor Director has the final decision, though, and is not required to follow the recommendation of the reviewers. Assisting other staff members as needed.

The Managing Editor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation of Crossroads. Assisting other staff members as needed.
The General Editor is responsible for the solicitation and collection of articles and columns. The General Editors perform the first rounds of shepherding and editing for articles that have been selected for publication.
The Online Editor is responsible for site maintenance, web development and releasing online versions of Crossroads.
Special Editors will be tasked with developing, maintaining and publicizing a particular area of the REDC Crossroads website and print media.
The Graphics Editor is responsible for soliciting and editing all Crossroads graphics.
The Copy Editor is responsible for preparing all articles for production.
